What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number if given, and your message. Nothing else is collected — this site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no marketing cookies.

How it’s used

Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver accounting services to you. They are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

Where it’s held

Form submissions are delivered by email and held in Envision BA’s email systems. Client records are kept in line with professional and legal obligations that apply to accounting practices in Australia, including retention periods required by law.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where the law allows. Email gavin@envisionba.com.au and we’ll respond promptly.

This website

The site is hosted on Cloudflare’s network. Standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) may be processed by the host for security and performance; Envision BA does not use them to identify visitors.
